Meet Our Team
Originally born in California, Terri dipped her toes in various professions before falling in love with senior care. Terri has been an Administrator in the long term health care field for over ten years. In that time she has overseen communities all over Oregon and has enjoyed working with the senior population in all these areas. When Terri has some free time she enjoys traveling.
Marna has been working in Memory Care & Assisted Living communities for over 15 years. Marna loves the relationships that are built over the years with residents and staff. She appreciates the time she gets with residents to learn and grow from what they have to offer. When Marna is not working, she and her husband enjoy taking their RV out camping with their cat Buddy. Their favorite place to go is Beverly Beach.
Melanie was born in Seattle and grew up in Salem, Oregon. She is married to a wonderful man, has two grown step sons and four grandchildren. She spent much of her growing up years visiting her grandparents on their farm in south Salem and soon realized she loved being around seniors and helping them. Melanie went to Chemeketa in Salem graduating in 1974 as an LPN. Most of her career has been in geriatric nursing which she loves. Melanie enjoys growing roses, writing encouragement notes, and loves the beach-any beach!
Resident Care Coordinator
Linda was born and raised in the Willamette Valley. She is married and has two kids. Linda has been in senior care for over five years starting in 2000 with in home care and has loved every minute of it. Linda entered the world of assisted living communities in 2012 and from there quickly moved up the ranks from a Caregiver to a Med-Aid and then to Resident Care Coordinator. When Linda has spare time she enjoys fishing with her son and husband.
Business Office Manager
Originally from the extreme southern part of Illinois, Kevin came out to Oregon in 1977 for an extended stay and always wanted to move there permanently. In 2008 Kevin made Oregon his permanent home and has loved it ever since. Kevin has a lovely wife named Jacquie, three children and five grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys camping, golfing, and playing and repairing guitars. Kevin has over 16 years of commercial banking experience, 7 years experience in entrepreneurship, and 7 years experience working with seniors & people with disabilities. Kevin thoroughly loves Conifer House and all the residents. In his eyes, it is truly a pleasure to be part of this “family”.
Born and raised in Oregon, Chris has worked in the maintenance field for over 20 years. Within those 20 years he has learned the ins and outs of top to bottom construction which helped him gain all the expertise he has now. Chris has a wide range of interests that keeps him learning new skills and ideas. One of Chris’s favorite things to do is travel with his family.
Katryn, an Oregon native, enjoys all the state has to offer-indoors and out. Katryn, a skilled baker, warms the house with smells of baked goods all year round. When you can pull Katryn out of the kitchen you will often times find her either disc golfing, at the coast, or spending time with her family. Katryn graduated from Linn Benton Culinary Arts in 2015 and because of that her knowledge with all things food makes her the best chef around!
Breyanna has always loved working with and helping people in need, especially seniors, who always seem to have the greatest stories and wisdom to share according to Breyanna. Breyanna got her first job working with the elderly when she was 19 and has been doing it ever since. Breyanna boasts that she is truly happy at Conifer and says that her coworkers couldn’t be more wonderful. Breyanna’s favorite part about her job is providing meaningful and fun activities for each amazing resident. In her free time Breyanna loves spending time with her four legged friends.
Often referred to as the “spark plug” of Conifer House, Darcy’s love for each resident shows through her daily work. Darcy was born in Washington and has traveled all over the world before planting her roots in Oregon. Darcy began caring for seniors in 1999 and has stayed in senior care because of the inward satisfaction it brings her to care for our elderly. In her free time Darcy enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren and family.
